1 Cooking Class at Sydney Seafood Cooking School - Cook up a storm at the Sydney
Seafood Cooking School. This is a memorable day for guests who have special chefs to
assist them. Arinex has worked with one of Sydney’s greatest, Matt Moran, who signed
copies of his book to take home together with a branded apron.
2 Beach Party at One&Only Hayman Island - Pristine One&Only Hayman Island’s beach is
an ideal setting for a beach party. Here the mood can be themed with flame torches and
lanterns on a beach set with chill-out furniture to watch the sun go down.
3 Chefs Table dining – Sydney Restaurants - Gone are the days when food was
prepared out of sight, out of mind. It all follows on from the success of reality TV shows like
My Restaurant Rules and Hell’s Kitchen, - people don’t just want to eat food, they want to
see it made too. Chef’s table dining is the latest craze for foodie fanatics.
4 Private Home – Sydney - A rare experience that only Arinex Events can provide is to dine
in one of Australia’s most prestigious National Heritage homes, built in 1929. Located in
exclusive Bellevue Hill, minutes from the city, it offers sweeping views across Rose Bay,
Sydney Harbour and beyond to Manly and the Heads - yet affords total privacy.
5 Yachts, seaplanes and jet boats - Start with a luxury yacht cruise from King Street Wharf
that glides under the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Sail on to Rose Bay wharf where the sound
of champagne corks popping is followed by the sound of two seaplanes flying overhead,
landing on either side of the yacht. Guests are then ferried to the Sydney Seaplanes
pontoon for a scenic flight over the harbour, while others take a spin around the harbour on
jet boats and vice versa. m
1 Sydney by Seaplane - Take off from Australia’s first international airport at Rose Bay and
it’s hard not to be impressed as beautiful Sydney Harbour unveils itself. As you exit the
harbour and reach world famous Bondi Beach, your pilot manoeuvres the aircraft so that
everyone has a great view of the surfers dotted below, waiting for the next big wave. From
Bondi we head north to the Hawkesbury, splashing gently down by the wharf adjoining
Cottage Point Inn for a spectacular luncheon at this famous restaurant.
2 Great Barrier Reef - One of Australia’s most remarkable natural gifts, the Great Barrier
Reef is blessed with the breathtaking beauty of the world’s largest coral reef.
3 Red Earth experiences - Under the southern skies, in the shadow of world famous Uluru,
lie a myriad of experiences that touch the spiritual centre of Australia. Here you can walk in
the footsteps of Oprah Winfrey as you helicopter into the world famous park, meet an
Indigenous elder and discover ancient rock art; enjoy champagne and canapés in a
secluded clearing at the base of Uluru before you continue to a private desert dinner.
4 Staging a dinner at the Sydney Opera House - Imagine arriving at the Opera House
and the exhilarating experience of being ushered to the Utzon Room to be welcomed by
the Opera House manager for pre drinks and a discussion of the famous building. You
believe you are being escorted on a back of house tour, instead you are lead through the
dressing rooms and onto the stage of the famous Concert Hall. Before you is a beautifully
lit table, abundant with décor and the scent of native blooms.
5 Rainforest and hiking - Discover the famed Blue Mountains on a journey into the heart of
this unique World Heritage region. First boarding helicopters at Sydney airport that take to
the skies and from where lies panoramic views of the city of Sydney. Later tracking west to
the mountains and landing in the world famous Megalong Valley where your personalised
4WD drivers await in convoy. The journey now goes off road into areas most tourists don’t
get to see. Spot kangaroos grazing or cockatoos as they fly overhead. Enjoy a rustic billy
tea and damper before heading off on one of the magnificent short hikes through the
rainforest and past cascading waterfalls. A true Aussie outdoor BBQ is enjoyed in a private
location before returning to Sydney via vehicle, or by reboarding helicopters for a swift
return to the city.
